Our luxurious 'Breathe' candle has been created with meditation and mindfulness at its Heart, with the intention to bring serenity, clarity and bliss to your space. 

Scent notes of wild mint, white tea and elderflower, this is a light, refreshing scent and a wonderful tool for Trataka meditation. 

'Trataka sadhana, which loosely translates to "gazing ritual," is a practice within hatha yoga that involves staring at a single point—often a flame. It originated in India and is thought to strengthen the third-eye chakra, as well as deepen meditation practices in general.

Improving concentration and mindfulness is the object of this practice, and trataka sadhana remains an important tool in yogic traditions. It's believed that when the practitioner can fix their concentration on a certain point, all areas of their life will improve with their new, cleared vision and stronger sense of awareness.'

Sizes and burn time:

30cl 50 hours

For an even burn pool, allow the candle to burn for 2-3 hours at a time. If you look after your candle then you will notice the difference…a little love goes a long way.

Ingredients:

Our blend is vegan friendly using rapeseed and coconut wax, infused with high quality fragrance oils and cotton wicks.

This candle will burn clean down the edges, with no wax or fragrance to spare. Providing you with at least 50 hours of room filling aromas.
