Following on from my own sudden spiritual awakening (remembering) in Vancouver in 2015, which saw my entire life as I then knew it fall away - marriage, friends, business and money. I embarked on a 4 year journey, living and travelling alone in my campervan, Frida in the wilderness of Scotland, following the faint whispers of my soul. It was a very unsettling and confusing time... but also astonishingly magical and filled with frequent miracles. It was where deep healing took place, where I remembered my magic and where Rock & Rose Rituals was birthed. I now live in full flow service to Soul which brings great peace and I live a life consciously created by my heart which is a miracle in and of itself... that's not to say I don't still have challenges from time to time, I do, but they are infrequent and I am now able to see them for what they truly are: gifts and opportunities for growth and evolution to embody more of the Light and more of the Love that we are.

Exchange is £90 for 90 minutes

A 6 month course is available for those seeking consistent, grounded support as you navigate your shifts in consciousness. This is x1 session per month for £510 paid in full, or £90 paid monthly

For those seeking a more intensive, rapid shift, a course of 4 weekly sessions is available for £330 or 6 weekly sessions £510
