Conkers Magical Facilitator Training is a complete plug and play business. Everything we have learned, created and refined at Upton Country Park, handed to you so you can open your doors quickly and with total confidence.
You will be trained in our method, specialising in highly sensitive and neurodivergent children, and supported to build a joyful business that fits around your family and grows at the pace of your life. Delivered online and in person at Upton, with Lisa Marie and Naomi beside you all the way.

One night Merlin came to me in a dream. He showed the two of us in a forest, teaching children how to make magic potions. I woke up knowing, without a single doubt, that this was it. That very day I began. I poured glitter into jars, gathered crystals and made wands.
I had £200 in the bank, blind faith and a clear vision.
A small, forgotten brick outbuilding at Upton Country Park was waiting. Every shelf, every potion bottle, every crystal you see there now was built from that starting point, slowly and by hand. We opened our doors in June 2023, thirty seconds from the sea. We call Upton the Source, because this is where it all flows from.
A safe space for the new children.
Something extraordinary is happening in our classroom. Many of the children who come to us are telepathic. They hear one another without words and feel the energy of a room the moment they walk in. These children are a whole new level of Human, here to help show all of us the way to a more beautiful and honest world.
Everything at Conkers is child led. The children are the creators. They choose their own ingredients, name their own realms and invent their own spells. Children who cannot sit still in a classroom sit for an hour, completely absorbed, stirring potions. Sensitive children who have been told they are too much find out they are exactly right.

Families drive from Essex, four hours each way. Others come from Northumberland and Manchester, every school holiday, because the children ask to. And they fly in from much further.

Two children from Spain come to us every year at their own request. One day, as one of them arrived, I mentioned another Spanish family who visits every year. Half an hour later, that very family walked through the door. Those two children are now friends.This is what we are doing: we are bridging. And this is how we knew it was time to open the doors of Conkers to the world.

A few days a week, with lots of free time left over. Your own children alongside you, so your business becomes part of their home education and something the whole family shares.
A handsome income doing what you love, and a life of real freedom. Happy, well supported, abundant grown ups make the very best guardians for these children. The magic lives in the experience, so materials stay beautifully low: a potion class costs around £2 per child to run.

Your whole first year of support is part of your training. From year two, a small Conkers family membership keeps you supplied with new classes, training updates and ongoing support.
Share the magic
Introduce a new facilitator and you receive an introduction fee of 10% of their training fee, as our thank you for spreading the light.
Become a Conkers Trainer
Facilitators who grow the family in their own country can go on to become Conkers Trainers, delivering the training in their own language.
