Wild Rose - 'Feel Your Beauty Within'
Roses have been used throughout Our-story to beautify and nurture the body and spirit. Being a symbol of Venus, Aphrodite and of course Mary Magdalene, it was only natural for us to begin our candle journey with the ever-enchanting rose as it is the Light of the Rose that over-lights all that we do here at Rock & Rose Rituals.
Rose has a mythic presence. She is associated with gods and saints – a symbol of beauty, love, protection and grace. Wherever she grows – from China, to the Middle East to Europe to the Americas – rose stories are intimately entwined in the human story. She is an old soul after all – she has been here for 35-million years and has seen us through the rise and fall of many civilisations. Her influence has reigned in art, in poetry, in song, in religious ceremony since ancient times, and her powerful presence continues to reign today.
Message:
Her message is simple yet perhaps the most powerful of all: Self Love. With daily use of The Way of the Rose mantra, given to me by my Magdalen teacher, Ishtara Rose of The Way of the Rose, you will begin to experience miraculous shifts in your inner and outer reality.

This candle will burn clean down the edges, with no wax or fragrance to spare. Providing you with at least 50 hours of room filling aromas.

In order to get the most out of your candle, burn it until the entire surface of the candle melts.
To preserve the fragrance, do not burn your candle for more than 2 hours at a time during the first third of the candle and 1 hour at a time during the remaining.
Do not leave candle burning unattended. Do not set in a draft. Keep away from children, curtains and pets.
Should the wick require centering, gently readjust to correct position when the wax is still molten. Allow candle to solidify before relighting.
Should any black smoke appear, trim the tip of the wick. It should be clean and no longer than 5mm at all times.
Always protect the table or surface on which the candle rests (with a wood or ceramic plate, for example).
Do not burn your candle all the way down. Always leave at least 5 mm of non-molten wax at the bottom.
Keep your candle in a dry and temperate environment, between 60 and 80° F.
The first use of your candle should occur within the two first months after its reception.
